As a seasoned performer for many years, David Kellen brings his experience into every lesson he teaches, specializing in Jazz and Improvisation.
David Kellen found in studio K Music in 1991 as a small group instruction facility. over the years, he has mentored over 1000 children and adults in the far western suburbs of Chicago. Today, he instructs students from all over the country through remote learning, providing students with a multitude of digital resources to ensure their success.
David Kellen has a time tested program of traditional piano education, combined with years of experience in teaching improvisation. Whether you are preparing to lead worship in church, play in a jazz band at school, want to learn how to create your own music, or just learn to play for fun, David will tailor your lesson to fit your musical needs and dreams.
